Hi, I’m Chinna Prude, owner of

CPP Contractors.  My passion for real estate and home remodeling started back in 2008 when I began renovating my own homes.

 

Over the years, I fell in love with the process—transforming spaces and bringing visions to life.  In March 2024, after a peer and friend asked me, "Why in the world don’t you have your license yet?"— I knew it was time to take the next step.
